Our goal is to train people who lack adequate skills and have limited exhaustible resources. The purpose of the activity is to empower them by enabling them to apply what they’ve learned in the classroom in real-world situations. The process will transform them into self-sufficient earners and become reliable support systems for their families.

Approach & Methodology
English language skills and fluency enhancement :
The training will emphasize on the English language skills both written and oral as it is an essential component to procure employment, considering the fact that the trainees are from rural background comprising a majority from the vernacular medium institutes
Subject Training :
The training will educate the trainees regarding the subject. It will constitute more about the subject and aim to hang awareness in a detailed and comprehensive pattern. It shall impart knowledge about several sectors, processes, functions, terminology, techniques and employment opportunities per training to the sector.
Soft Skills & Life Skill :
The training will focus on overall personality development and self-improvement. It will specifically emphasize on imparting soft skills training essential for employment in the sector. The aim of the module is to create job readiness and to hone the skills of the trainees and also ensure that they procure employment in the related sector.
EDP :
Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) is a program which helps in developing entrepreneurial abilities. The skills that are required to run a business successfully is developed among the students through this program. Sometimes, students may have skills but it requires polishing and incubation This program is perfect for them.
